Turmeric Dual-Chamber Capsules

Actions: Take 1-3 drops internally in a capsule 2-3 times a day for internal issues. The Turmeric Dual Chamber Capsules contain not only 2-3 drops of Turmeric essential oil, but also the root extracts, which have the very supportive curcuminoids. So, these capsules are more preferred above just the oil in veggie capsules. For topical application, dilute and apply on the bottom of feet for systemic support. Use a few drops in oil pulling.
Possible Substitutions: As mentioned above, the contents and formulation of the Turmeric Dual-Chamber Capsules are different than the Turmeric essential oil. However, the best substitution for the capsules is the Turmeric essential oil itself. If you don’t have this oil, here are some other oils with similar qualities you can try: Frankincense, Ginger, Vetiver, Cinnamon, Clove, Melissa, Summer Savory, and Thyme. The main constituents in Turmeric essential oil are ar-turmerone and turmerone. These constituents are rarely found in any other oils. But there are other oils that share similar characteristics.
