In the course of a day, our family uses On Guard many many times. In the morning, we brush our teeth with the On Guard Natural Whitening toothpaste. We wash our hands with the On Guard Foaming Hand wash throughout the day. Usually we rub our feet with the immunity blend which includes On Guard oil on before we leave the house.
