Cananga

Cananga is the oil of Innocence & Joyful Reset.  Cananga is a powerful reset oil for those who have, for some reason, experienced a loss of innocence in their childhood.  It is for those who were forced to grow up too quickly.

Actions: Add 1–2 drops to a glass of water each morning to take advantage of its antioxidant and cellular health support and to soothe the nervous system.  Diffuse in times of stress or anxiousness.  Add several drops of Cananga to a warm bath for relaxation. Add 1–2 drops to a veggie capsule and take daily to support overall immune system function.  Apply topically, either to the abdomen or the bottoms of the feet or massage gently to promote relaxation as part of your bedtime routine.

Possible Substitutions: If you don’t have this oil, here are some other oils with similar qualities you can use:  Ylang Ylang, Melissa, Black Pepper, Copaiba, and Frankincense.  This oil is also found in the Calmer Restful Kids Blend, and Radiant.  Cananga and Ylang Ylang come from the same species of tree.  Cananga has higher levels of beta-caryophyllene, which supports a healthy cellular function, soothing skin, and nervous, and immune systems.  The other major constituent in this oil is germacrene-d.  The suggested oils share similar profiles chemically.
