- 6 drops Ylang Ylang
- 6 drops Helichrysum
- 4 drops Petitgrain
- 4 drops Frankincense

Blood Pressure Care
My mum was on Blood Pressure medication for years. After two years of holistic health care, her doctor told her she didn’t need her blood pressure drugs any more! Yay!

I believe that our body knows how to heal when we give our body what it needs. Our body needs clean cells, nutrients, happy feelings, clean water, sleep and rest.
Right after, I started using dōTERRA essential oils and wellness products, I immediately shared it with my family. My mum and sister jumped on board straight away. At that time, my mother was on several medications. One of which was her blood pressure medication. She was on it for years. Growing up, I often heard her complain about dizziness, headaches and vertigo. We had no idea how much we are able to influence her health.
