Why do we feel hurt and offended so easily?

Emotion is Energy
Emotion are chemicals and electric pulses in the body. E-motions are energy in motion. Candace Pert, PdD a neuroscientist and pharmacologist discovered amazing links to the mind and body. She discovered what triggers the production of neuropeptides that is in charge of different physiological changes in our body.1 Louise Hay, Karol Truman, Bruce Lipton and many more pioneers in mind and body connection has produced large bodies of works on this topic.
If you think this is new to you, think about this. Do you know people who are or have been stressed and worried? Maybe that person was you. What happens when they maintain that stress and worry too long? Their body gets sick right? We haven’t been taught to read the sickness or disease as our body communicating with us.
The negative emotion is negative energy. It causes sickness or disease. Positive emotions is positive energy. It creates wellness and healing.
