To physically lose weight permanently you need to address the emotional, thought, and belief patterns which underlie and contribute to your excess weight or your underweight. This is why I get so excited about essential oils. Essential oils can help us change on all levels; physically, emotionally and spiritually. There is no short term fad diet program here. What happens is you easily become lighter on all levels and finally achieving your ideal healthy weight.
Most people associate the Slim & Sassy to weight loss. Yes, it can help with that but it can do so much more. Slim & Sassy helps balance the body in several ways. The doTERRA Metabolic blend Slim & Sassy (AKA Smart & Sassy) is amazing when you know how to do it right! It is a blend of Lemon, Grapefruit, Peppermint, Ginger, & Cinnamon. Since this blend has citrus oils, be careful when using it topically. No not immediately expose your skin to direct sunlight. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying Slim & Sassy.

Healthy Weight: Take up to 5 drops 3-5 times a day internally as a part of a healthy weight management program. For underweight people, it helps one feel hunger again.
Appetite & craving: Add up to 5 drops to 16 oz. of water and drink before meals to help control appetite and overeating. It helps to manage hunger in between meals and to add flavor. Take 3-5 Slim & Sassy softgels a day to help control appetite.
Cellulite: Mix 4 drops Slim & Sassy with 2 drops Fennel, 2 drops Rosemary, 2 drops Cypress with Fractionated Coconut Oil and massage on areas of concern. Avoid sensitive areas.1

SPIRIT
I believe, our body will be fused with our spirit in the hereafter, and it is meant to be a joyous experience. We can practice that awesome relationship now.
The dark influences act like gravity upon us. We hear lies and we believe those lies. We compare and measure ourselves with flimsy worldly measures. We punish ourselves and deny ourselves the full pleasure of this body and earthly experience thinking that will motivate us to do better and improve. For some reason we hold happiness out, always an arms reach away to force results. That fear based motivation doesn’t work for long term personal growth and fulfillment.
Slim & Sassy teaches us to balance our outlook. You are allowed to enjoy great food and have pleasure with your body. You will know when you’ve struck that balance when your heart feels peace. You are no longer denying yourself and holding your breath for one future day when you can be joyful. You are present and savor the physical experiences as it reflects your spiritual progress.
Build your foundation of self worth by how connected you are to your spiritual path. Remember “Comparison (to others) Kills Joy.” We need to be vigilant at seeking peace and balance. When you are at peace with who you are and your spiritual progress weight naturally falls off easily and balance returns.
