Explanation and self-refection

Owning the title and identity of entrepreneur, leader, or business owner, means I am fully owning my business. This means that if my business grows or fail, it was because of me. I do not blame leaders, people, spouses, children, lack of knowledge, lack of skills, systems or situations. I am accountable to me for my actions or inactions. I am humble enough to suck and fail as many time as it takes until I find the right balance and the right systems for me in my business. It is not my upline’s responsibility to teach classes for me or to put people in my organization for me. I am fully responsible for the people I enroll and how I organize my business structure.

I am focused and unencumbered. I know when to say, ‘no’ to things that distracts from my current goals. I know when to say, ‘yes’ to opportunities for progression. I manage my ideas and inspirations well. I allow myself to accomplish one project and goal at a time. I do everything in the right season and time.

I trust and respect me. I love my business and my team members. I would employ me in a heart-beat because I show up rain, hail or shine to my business. I regularly scan through my team and know my builders personally. I have memorized my team structure. I know where to put new people and what volume is needed for rank.

I can show up for myself and my dreams. I am free and fiercely loyal to my dreams. My words are golden. When I make me a promise to me, I keep it. I am not perfect but I know to never flake-out on myself. Sooner or later, I will make good on my words to me. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, I am my biggest cheerleader.

I am responsible for my own business training. I show up to meetings. I research and find answers that I know I need for my business. I invest time, money, and effort in me. I am worth it and my business is worth it. It is not my upline’s responsibility to train me or provide business and product education. Whatever training I am presented with, I receive gratefully and humbly. I know to seek for advice and coaching as needed. I think for myself. I can be a proactive problem solver. With God, as my ultimate business partner, there is nothing I can’t solve.

I am comfortable being a leader. Leadership means I lead like the level 5 leaders (refer to The Five Levels of Leadership)¹. I lead by inspiration and positive example. To me, a leader is a person with an unwavering belief and vision that others can depend on. I am decisive about how my business should operate, how many meetings/events a week or month I should have, and what do these meetings/events look like? I am clear on how I serve my team. A leader trains, coaches, models, guides but do not take over and do it all for other people. Leaders let their people figure it out and go through the learning process themselves.

I love and respect my upline leaders. They are humans too and I am very forgiving of their weaknesses. I focus on their strengths and talents. I know that when I love and respect my leaders, my people will love and respect me too.

I am comfortable earning an extra $2200 a month. This money pays for a leader’s time in mentoring, serving, giving, and sharing.

What kind of example do I want to be? Whatever I am then my people will follow. I won’t ask my people to do anything I am not willing to do. Do I schedule classes, go to events, invest in myself, talk to people, enroll, follow up, train, do personal development, time block, and consistently show up to my own business, etc?
