Each card has the single essential oils with a description of the top uses of that oil including energetic or emotional uses for the essential oil. On the back of each card are three affirmations relating to that essential oil.
The information pulls from Jade Balden’s wide knowledge of essential oils for both physical and emotional wellness. As of the time of the printing 2021, the set contains every single essential oil ever offered by doTERRA in the markets of US, Australia, and Canada. Instructions:
- Each essential oil card contains popular uses and suggestions, energetic and emotional identifier, and both positive and negative emotions linked to the oil.
- You can either shuffle the cards at random and pick one out to learn about the oil or as a means of choosing a random oil.
- You can also play a game by shuffling the cards and have everyone guess a quality of the essential oil.
- Finally, if you are suggesting an oil to someone, you can give them the card to help them familiarize themselves with it.
