This set of updated charts for muscle testing essential oils and supplements from doTERRA was updated as of Apr 2022 and contain all the essential oil blends that have ever been made available in the US, Canada, and Australia.

The chart includes all available and rare oils including 99 single essential oils and 69 blends.  The supplements chart includes only the supplements currently available.  Includes new oils such as Malama, Holiday Love, Baking Spice, Japanese Peppermint, Coast, Chrysanthemum, and Gardenia.

You can use these charts to assess and address ailments in the body both emotional and physical.  Muscle testing, which is a method of tapping into the body’s subconscious, is a method of asking the body a series of yes or no questions and testing any change in relative strength of muscles.

To use the charts for muscle testing, simply test the chart asking, “Is the oil (or supplement) you need on this chart?”  Then test the columns asking, “Is the oil in this column?”  And then the rows, then the list of 4-5 oils in the cell.  Test one at a time, each time asking the body if the oil you need is there.

Once you have located the oil, simply use that oil to assess the nature of your energetic imbalance.  You can look up the oil or supplement in the Gifts of the Earth Reference Guide or use what you know about the oil to discover the root of the ailment.

Assess: What single essential oils is your body asking for or drawn to? And what does this tell you about any possible energetic imbalance? Look up each oil as you muscle tested it.
Address: Use these oils to help restore an energetic balance to the system, address any emotional needs, adopt new beliefs, or release trapped emotions.
