Serenity Restful Complex Softgels
Serenity is the oil of Rest and Tranquility. Serenity invites individuals to let go of the dark energies of stress, anxious feelings, and tension. Faith is the antidote to the fear, stress, overload, and agitation. Faith is the power to connect us to our divine power source for rest, peace, and tranquility.
Serenity supports one in achieving a deep level of sleep (NREM) where memory is consolidated, and the body enters a state of repair, restoration, and renewal. A lack of rejuvenating sleep may cause hormonal imbalance, ongoing ailments, memory and learning issues, and even rogue cells.
Synthetic solutions do not induce one to sleep deep enough to reach the NREM level. Synthetic solutions can also cause memory loss and forgetfulness. In fact, nothing artificial can help the body induce natural sleep.[1]
Our power of intentional choice is the only thing that allows us to get down to the deepest level of sleep and repair. Our ability to sleep deeply is a reflection of our ability to fully trust in God, let go, and surrender ourselves into God’s hands to achieve the peaceful rest that we need. Refer to the section on sleep.
Serenity is very effective in supporting the mind and body to intentionally choose sleep.
NOTE: The contents of the Serenity Restful Complex Softgels are slightly different than the essential oil blend. The Serenity Restful Complex Softgels contain Lavender essential oil, L-Theanine, and natural plant extracts such as lemon balm, passionflower, and chamomile to gently promote relaxation and sleep. As opposed to the blend, which consists of Lavender, Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Vanilla Bean Absolute, and Hawaiian Sandalwood.

Possible Substitutions: As mentioned above, the Serenity Restful Complex Softgels are different in formulation than the Serenity essential oil blend. However, the blend itself is the best substitution for the complex in the event you do not have access to the softgels.
