Seasonal Support Blend
In a 10 ml glass roller bottle mix the following oils with fractionated coconut oil.
- 5 Lavender
- 5 Lemon
- 5 Peppermint
Roll it on your feet and back of neck in the mornings.
You can either use empty old roller bottles from your doTERRA oils or purchase new ones to use. doTERRA sells small packs of roller bottles, you can also get them from aromatool.com or Amazon.

The seasonal support blend is for when our body overreacts such as environmental things such as dust, pollen, perfumes or when we have itchy watery eyes and sneezing when the weather changes.
I lived with these challenges most of my childhood and into my thirties. It was such a nuisance. I was sick and tired of it and never imagined my body ever healing from it completely.
In my research for a happier healthier life I discovered some ‘secrets’. All of this ‘overreaction of the body’ was due to environmental toxins, unhealthy foods, and an unhealthy gut! Today, I am rarely bothered by changes the weather or seasons. I can pet dogs and cats without physical reactions.
The body knows how to heal itself when it is clean, fed, and protected.
Add these oils to an empty veggie capsule and take it internally in the morning when you first feel that tingly feeling. You can put this blend in a shot glass and drink it with water. You can also take 2 TriEase softgels which has these oils blended perfectly.
I carried this Seasonal Blend with me all of the time for the first 3 years until my body healed thoroughly. One time, my 4 year old daughter and I was visiting a lady who had 2 large fluffy cats.
