Rosemary oil has a beautiful, invigorating fresh scent almost like Eucalyptus. In flower lore, Rosemary means “remembrance” perhaps because of its ability to support memory functions.
Rosemary has been loved and used throughout history. It has long been revered by healers and considered sacred by the ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures. Like most herbs, Rosemary has an amazing ability to boost the immune system and protect us against environmental threats. Today, Rosemary is used to support healthy digestion,* muscles, skin, hair and internal organ function.*

MIND
Historically Rosemary was used to fumigate evil spirits away. There maybe some truth to this. It helps people change from a negative mindset to a positive mindset and so they no longer entertain negative dark energy which would make it seem like evil spirits have left.
Rosemary is the oil of knowledge and transition. According to the Emotions & Essential Oils book, the negative emotions Rosemary oil helps to release are as follows: Confused, difficulty adjusting or transitioning, limited perspective, difficulties with learning
The positive properties we can incorporate are the following: Mental clarity, knowledgeable, teachable, enlightened, open to new experiences, ability to adjust
It awakens the brain and mind as it cleanses the body. Rosemary is great for the Liver and Gallbladder. These two organs house emotions of anger, frustration, depression, panic, hatred and guilt. When we get angry and panicked we tend to not have a clear mind. Rosemary helps us clear our mind and make good decisions.
If you think about Rosemary as a ‘hat manager.’ It helps you change hats and wear only one hat at a time. Rosemary takes off the other hats you wear. When your mind isn’t stretched, your mental energy is able to focus and operate with mental clarity.
Transition Support: Inhale and repeat positive affirmations of hope such as,
I am open minded to new positive changes
I take one role at a time
Rosemary helps release emotions of confusion, difficulty adjusting or transitioning, ignorance, difficulties with learning. Rosemary helps you feel more teachable and open to new experiences.
Different times we need help with transition are:
- Starting new school
- Adopting a new role at work
- Becoming a new mother, grandmother, etc.
- Adopting a new stage in your life and any other changes.

SPIRIT
Do you ever admire other people for being so intuitive or clear minded? I did. How can I be like that too? I realized part of my problem was a gut fungus overgrowth. Rosemary helps your body clean out those nasty invaders. It doesn’t stop there, it will continue to help clean up your stinkin’ thinkin’ too. One way it helps you do that is to help you see things from a larger perspective.
Some of that stinkin’ thinkin’ may be thinking and feeling like you are not smart enough and don’t know how you can learn new things. Rosemary to helps you expand your mind, to help you embrace new ideas and situations. It expands your mind to help you see your situation from the bigger eternal perspective. You see how this may fit into the grand scheme of things. When you see from the clearer spiritual perspective, you’ll allow yourself to receive more inspirations, spiritual downloads and spiritual intelligence. The spiritual knowledge you gain will surpass all understanding that you’ve ever had.
If you want to change anything in your life, you must change physically first. We have all heard the definition of insanity before: It is doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result. Our problem is we don’t see how it applies to so many situations.
Rosemary can help you change your approach to your financial, spiritual, physical, relationship blue print and so on. You have to BE a rich person inside before you are on the outside. You have to BE a healthy and fit person inside before you are on the outside. If you aren’t, then there is something you didn’t see. The answer lies in the spiritual level.
I love Rosemary for the assistance it gives us to change how we think and feel so we can change for the better.
