Who is Patience Lawlor?
My name is Patience and I am a mum to two boys and truly blessed with loving husband that supports me in everything As a HR professional qualified in Psychology and Education I have held a successful career in Talent and recruitment for over 20 years. I always attribute my successes as a the divine blessings from our Lord and know that what I am today is because of his love for me and my family. I am a strong believer that there is good in all of us, some we need to dig deep to help them see that and my goal through this course is to develop myself further so I can be a faithful servant of God to help and heal friends and family and our wider community. Nothing gives me joy than knowing I could make a difference to someone in pain or sadness, in doubt or worry, most importantly the feeling of being unwanted. My purpose is to help people to see life as He intended it to be not as we allow it to be. I am not in this for self glory or anything but to truly touch people in the way that changes their lives and how they can better see themselves.
My strengths have always been my insight into seeing and understanding people and their behaviours, if you look at my profession it’s been demonstration of my strengths in placing the right people in the right roles and developing both the organisation and the individuals with successful candidates. I am currently studying Aromatherapy and intend to use that to help my community and , family friends.
