Meditation: Practicing Personal Power
We all have super powers. It is so important to spend quiet time reflecting and harnessing our internal power. This is how we fully own our own inner power to choose. We have more control over our life than we realize. There are Tibetan monks who could dry wet towels on their back using the power of their mind.1 Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu masters can direct their energy to strengthen and protect their body.2 Using the power of words water can change their crystal shapes can depending on what we say to it. If you are unfamiliar with Mediation, you can start with 5 minutes a day until you can get it to 20 minutes. You will eventually harness your energy and be your own master. Our goal is to be able to live in harmony with our body.
Meditation helps with Manifesting
Whatever you think about you will manifest, so lets control that thinking and it will create a better life for you.
When you meditate you will recognize your core beliefs and how it has lead to feelings, actions and results. Once you are aware of your feelings, thoughts and beliefs, you have power to change it.

Meditation Helps Heal Your Body
You can work with your energy like you work with any muscle in your body. It will get stronger the more you work on it.
1. Slow and Steady Breathing: In a quiet comfortable place, sit with your eyes closed and focus on breathing slowly and steadily. Listening to peaceful music and smelling essential oils will enhance this activity. Fast breathing reduces focus. Slow rhythmic breathing helps us connect to others people in the world too.
2. Connect to the Subconscious: The thoughts and feelings of the subconscious can be accessed when you are mindful and still. Notice what is happening inside your body and start receiving the messages from the Literal Language of the Body. Balance the activities of both brains.
3. Identify Your Mirrors: When you get really good at meditation, you can focus on removing negative energy out one at a time. Who or what ‘pushes your buttons?” They are your mirrors. Identify what bothers you and find the negative false beliefs that is the root of your fears. For example, if your shoulders hurt. Breathe and focus your energy on your ‘shoulders.’ You might identify feelings of burden there. Keep breathing ‘into it’ and release it.
4. Commit To Change: Work out the positive opposite emotions and new powerful thought patterns to commit to. Repeat this in your mind. See yourself adopting these new powerful thought patterns into your life. Feel those positive emotions in your heart and spread that energy throughout your body to the tips of your toes and fingers.
5. Master Energy, Intention, & Visualization: Focus your energy and give attention to certain body parts and push negative energy out of it. Use this time to visualize positive things you want to manifest in your life.
