The Full Manifesting Process!
How can we heal permanently and feel like we are progressing? In order to heal permanently, we need to heal at the root level.
Firstly, we need to understand the process whereby we get results. It is the Law of Harvest. Some people call it Karma. How can we fully utilize this knowledge to heal from the root instead of feeling hopeless, blaming people, things, and situations etc.?
The results of our lives comes from our actions or inactions. We created a lot of our life.
What causes us to act in the way we act? It is emotions! We are emotional beings. Whether we admit it or not act on emotions. For example, if you don’t feel good today, you are not going to ‘feel’ like doing much at all right? You won’t find a happy person sitting alone in the dark self sabotaging.
Where do the emotions come from? Emotions comes from conscious and subconscious thoughts that we have. When we think negatively we are going to produce negative fear based emotions which will lead to negative fear based actions and then results. The trick is to understand and control how we feel and manage our emotions. How do we do that??
We control our thoughts by being the master of our BELIEFS!! Beliefs control thoughts and thoughts control feelings, and feelings control emotions.
Beliefs>>Thoughts>>Feelings>>Actions>>Results
The root of physical health problems is at the cellular level. The DNA of the cells are not what actually controls the cells, it is the intelligence in the cells. So again the root of the physical health issues is a belief issue ~ a misalignment.
When we don’t understand the full manifesting process, we can feel helpless and hopeless about our ability to change what is happening in our life. Most people don’t go deep enough into the problem to resolve it from deep within the root and soil levels. We try superficially to deal with symptoms and find ourselves frustrated and discouraged.
For example, how many people do you know who try to lose weight only to regain it back again? Merely changing the diet and going to the gym more often won’t do it. It may lead to some short term results. However, in order to have a lifetime of healthy weight, energy, and mental clarity, we need to go deeper than that. Weight is about holding onto heavy negative fearful emotions about self and the world. For lasting change, we need to apply this ‘Healing from the Root’ process is for all illnesses, financial problems, relationship problems, and other issues in life.
Our job is to own our power of choice by identifying false beliefs and choosing intentionally to remove old outdated negative false beliefs and plant in that space a new seed of faith, hope and positivity. Seeds grow in soil and so we need to plant it in the soil that is firm and immovable. For me that soil is God. When we plant and anchor our beliefs in God then our seed will grow strongly and positively. Eventually our tree will produce good fruit. It takes time to nourish that seed and nurture the new tree. It will never be done instantly so have sensible expectations.
As you use the positive energy of essential oils to help you rewire your thoughts and beliefs, you will find your growth will be fast and focused.
How to heal at the root level?
- Identify the fruits or results. Be honest with yourself. Can you identify patterns of self-sabotage or self-abuse?
- Identify the actions. What are you doing or not doing that has led to these current results?
- Identify the feelings and emotions you are feeling. Be self-aware and sensitive to your feelings and identify clearly what you may be feeling. Put words to those feelings by writing or explaining yourself to a close friend. If you can muscle test, you can find exact emotions/feelings. Some of these feelings/emotions are inherited responses from your genealogy. Essential oils can help with identifying emotions too. The ‘smell test’ will help you know what oil you like and what is an unappealing oil for you. The ones your body like are the oils you need now. The unappealing oils are oils you need now but don’t recognize that you need. So work on the emotions from that oil slowly work. You will know when you’ve healed and resolved your issues when those unappealing essential oils smell better to you. Refer to the Emotions and Essential Oil book for the emotions linked to your oils.
- Use the feelings/emotions that you’ve identified as clues as to what your thoughts are on a conscious/unconscious level. A lot of the issues are subconscious! Many thinking patterns are inherited too. If it is inherited, you may not have an awareness of it until you explore it. It may be a thought in the back of your mind you may not be aware of yet. When you can find out which parent or family line that thought is from then usually you can recognize it. Many of us subconsciously adopt ideas and opinions that are not our own. We often adopt the subliminal messages of society and its limited beliefs and ideas. When we are aware of this, we can consciously break chains and re-establish new improved patterns of being and thinking. Using that thought ask yourself what is the belief from which that thought came from?
- Choose to be Self-Aware enough to identify your beliefs. Using the information from your thoughts you now have a good idea of your actual beliefs. Consciously you may believe one thing but subconsciously you may believe something opposite (often inherited). Many people have conflicts like this in their hearts because they haven’t consciously chosen what they want to believe. If it is a false belief and it is destructive and you will see it in your feelings and results. Say that belief out loud and your whole being will confirm that false belief. You will know it. You can say it out loud and muscle test to see if it is true. If that false belief is true, then intentionally choose to release that false believe and choose a positive belief to put in that place. This is how we fully own our power of choice!
- Choosing new enlightened beliefs and then strengthening it. Use words that are equal and opposite to your old destructive beliefs. You will know that it is a good belief when you feel filled with light, truth, love, and power. Refer to the steps below to help you strengthen new beliefs. Give yourself time to strengthen these new beliefs.
The book Feelings Buried Alive Never Die by Karol Truman will help you find the positive words for the negative emotions/feelings you’ve identified. These words will help you form NEW positive enlightened beliefs or affirmations. Now you can establish new results because you have new beliefs!
Strengthening New Beliefs
- Choose the new positive beliefs you want to adopt
- Use essential oils to help you rewire your mind. Use these oils aromatically, topically or internally according to what makes most sense. Essential oils helps your body FEEL different. You want to associate as many positive FEELINGS as you can with your new beliefs. When your mind and body fire together they wire together.
- Look for and list out ‘evidence’ of your new beliefs. Train your mind and eyes to see examples of your new beliefs. List it out on paper.
- Give yourself time. Say aloud your new beliefs and thoughts as you use your essential oils daily. Design and dream clearly how you want your life to be.
- Visualizing daily what life is like with that new belief until your new belief is strengthened.
Conclusion
You can apply this healing at the root skill in any situation. It is true what they say, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result!” If you want to change permanently be ready to change at the roots. Reconnecting back to God is the root solution to all health problems. The solution is following the 1st and 2nd commandment of God.
I challenge you to dig deeper and find out what is under the surface and intentionally clarify your beliefs. All you need to do is make a conscious CHOICE to be happier and operate from truth and light. We will never be tried beyond our ability to overcome. This means YOU CAN DO IT!

Here are two examples of how to change our beliefs:
Rob is a typical person often attracting trouble. When we own our own power and stop blaming (playing victim) we can see that if we CAN change our beliefs we can change our lives. Some common excuses and blame I hear for the Rejected Rob and Robertas in the world:
- “People don’t understand…..”
- “I have done so much for them, yet they….”
- “I feel disappointed, hurt, and offended by…..”
- “I have gut problems because it is inherited from my ………”
- “It’s just how my body is.”
- “I have Arthritis.” “I have Asthma.” “It’s bad genes.” “It’s fungus.”
When the Robs and Robertas of the world realize that they are powerful creators here to practice using their powers, they will know exactly how to change. We change by changing the beliefs we have and consciously choosing exactly what beliefs we will adopt.
Our second example is a typical mother who we will call Stressful Suzie.
Suzie defines herself as a mother. In her subconscious mind, the definition of motherhood means work, selflessness, no play, and sacrifice. She can redefine it and say that she is a full partner with God in rearing awesome adults. With divine help, she has all the strength and power to do everything she is inspired to do. When she allows herself to fully own her power and define herself first and foremost as a Child of God, then things start looking great and feeling great.
I was a Suzie. I let myself overwork and stress. I bought into the false beliefs that our body is sacrificed when we have kids. I didn’t allow myself time to rest, play and do things I enjoyed like painting, writing a book, doing crafts, and learning the piano. It was work and more work. I felt guilty taking time out for me. I didn’t feel like I could justify doing my business and sacrificing some family time. I needed a reason to ‘play’ or rest. If I rested or traveled it would mean I was a neglectful mother. When I redefined my beliefs and thoughts about motherhood, it was LIBERATING!
When I acknowledged myself as a Child of God first and then as a mother and wife, things changed. I loved myself equally as others. When I loved myself I had true love for others. As I respected myself, the rest of the family respected me more. I had more help and quickly found time to do ‘my things’ without feeling guilty. I wanted the kids to take care of themselves but I wasn’t the best example of taking care of me, so how were the children to learn that lesson? When I ate better, exercised more, played and rested more my children mirrored me and learned to take care of themselves more. They kept the house cleaner because we all had more self-respect. As I succeeded in my business and shared my journey with my family, the success was shared too. My children had the confidence to take on leadership positions at school and among their peers. These were lessons I wanted to teach but didn’t know how. Simply clarifying my beliefs changed the results of everything.
This isn’t just for the Stressful Suzies! It is for the Stressful Seans in the world too. Men who think that being a father is drudgery will create that result.
