Actions: Take 1-2 capsules internally in the evening for 10 days. If it doesn’t bother you, take 1 in the morning, too. Alternatively, muscle test how many softgels to take per day and for how long.
Another option is to make this blend up and apply generously on the feet 2-4 times a day, especially for younger people.
