Think, Therefore You Are!
You are what you think.
We all have internal scripts playing around in our heads. As it turns out, those things we think about or focus on tend to define what our life consists of. The way we think and the way we react to the world in which we live can have a profound effect on our state of wellness.
These internal scripts and programming come from our upbringing, our past experiences, and others. The key is recognizing them, analyzing them, and rewriting them to fit our vision for our future.
False Beliefs
People who struggle for years to overcome obstacles in their life, such as financial or relationship struggles, are surprised to discover that they, themselves, have been sabotaging their own success. And they have done so because of some false beliefs they have about how things should be.
So, how do you discover false beliefs?
Deep introspection. You may discover, for instance, that you are making baffling decision regarding your relationships.
Think hard about what you believe about relationships. Ask yourself questions, like, “Do I believe I can have a true, loving relationship with mate?”
Being honest with yourself will lead you to some important discoveries about what you truly believe about the world. You may be surprised that these beliefs are not in harmony with your values.
So, how do you correct false beliefs?
Pondering and affirming. Think about the truth, repeat it to yourself. For instance, “I can own lots of money and be a good person.” or “I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.”
Is there anything that can help you through this process?
Inhale Bergamot and Cassia essential oils to give you confidence to change your beliefs.
Eliminate Fear, Worry, or Pain
Fear and worry can often stifle people. These are just emotional responses to things that do not at presence exist (and may never exist).
The antidote is Faith, Hope, and Love. (Use Frankincense, Sandalwood, or Comforting Blend (Console) to help you increase your faith).
Gratitude
Express gratitude in everything that is good in your life no matter how small. It is not enough to stop focusing on what you don’t need or want, you need to focus on what YOU DO need or want. Gratitude is the key here. (Spikenard is the oil of gratitude).
