Focus on Body Systems
When we want to be permanently well, it is best to focus on balancing our body systems. Our body works in system. We may have issues in one particular area but it is still part of a whole. When the system is functioning well again we heal from whatever that particular issue is. Here are some steps to follow.
1. Understand Your Diseases
Research your disease and find out what system it belongs to. Don’t just take a diagnosis and accept that is your ‘life sentence.’ If you have Asthma, understand that it is the respiratory system. The thyroid is part of the endocrine system. Crohn’s, IBS, Colitis etc. are all diseases in the gut as part of the digestive system.
2. Clean Cells & Reduce Toxins
When our cells are clean, they communicate better. Disease happens from break down of cellular communication. Cells are damaged by toxins, inflammation, and trauma (physical and emotional). Reduce all toxins that can add to cellular damage. Toxins such as household cleaners, skin and hair care products and even toxins in medications and food damage our cells. There are many endocrine disruptors and neurotoxins in our environment. For example, Soy in foods are high in xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogens are endocrine disruptors. Find our where these toxins are and discover natural alternatives for those things. Clean cells with food nutrients, water, and essential oils.
3. Support Proper Cellular Functions With Natural Solutions
When you know what system your health issue is linked to, find the right herbs and essential oils to support proper cellular function in that body system. Be consistent in your approach. Before long you will notice your body returning to it’s natural healthy state. As part of proper cellular care, use essential oils for emotional health too because emotions are chemical and electrical signals produced by your body. Happy emotions invite healing and wellness.
