The Vietnamese people eat fish sauce nearly every day in one way shape or form!! We like to make this is the recipe my mother passed down to me. I changed the white sugar to brown sugar. We usually make this in a 24oz mason jar (recycled spaghetti jar).

- 1-2 tbsp finely grated carrots (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Chopped chilis.
Directions:

-
Put lid on and shake. Refrigerate.
-
Add chopped fresh chilis & carrots, chopped cilantro to tastes before you serve.
-
Serve with Vietnamese egg rolls, spring rolls, and other dishes
