Whenever I drink water, I almost always have a citrus oil in my water. Sometimes I vary it with oils such as ginger, cardamom, fennel, peppermint, or spearmint. Anytime I take essential oils internally, it helps my body absorb water better and keeps my cells clean and immunity strong.
Diffusing oils throughout the day keeps my mind clear, mood elevated and body producing happy healing hormones.
Bergamot, Balance, & Sandalwood are often the oils I use in the morning to help set the tone for my mind to stay clear and connected to God. My intention is to make wise decisions with the time I am given each day.
