Cinnamon is great for our organs especially the Gallbladder, Spleen, Stomach, Liver, Heart, Intestine, and Pancreas!
The Bible references Cinnamon several times. It is used as a happy and cleansing oil.
Cinnamon oil is found in dōTERRA’s On Guard Protective Blend, DigetZen Digestive Blend, Passion Inspiring Blend, and Slim & Sassy Metabolic Blend.
Cinnamon is a HOT oil. Dilute with a carrier oil when applying topically on the skin. It is hot to drink so you may want to put it in an empty veggie capsule, too.
Cinnamon is extracted from the bark of a tropical, evergreen tree that grows up to 45 feet high and has highly fragrant bark, leaves, and flowers.

MIND
Cinnamon is the Oil of Gender Acceptance and Sexual Harmony. According to the Emotions & Essential Oils, the negative emotions Cinnamon oil helps to release are as follows: body rejection, fear, controlling, jealousy, sexual abuse, sexual repression or over-active sexuality.
The positive properties we can incorporate are the following: body-acceptance, attractive, accepted, healthy sexuality, harmonious, intimacy.
When we have negative emotions towards our body, our cells have a hard time absorbing and assimilating nutrients. Cinnamon helps you perceive and allow sweetness into your life. When you feel happy and satisfied with ‘sweetness’ (meaning good things), your cells relax and your body is free to repair.
Sweetness and Acceptance: Cinnamon 2 drops, Clary Sage 4 drops, Sandalwood 2 drops, Frankincense 3 drops, Fractionated Coconut Oil 20 drops. Apply with aromatic dressing: mix in small bowl and spread all over your body before you dress after your bath, and say the words, “I love and accept my beautiful body and my wonderful life.”
According to the Law of Perception, you will see and find evidence for what you look for. If you complain that life is bitter, then your subconscious will look for that bitterness in life. Decide today to be happy. Choose to stop complaining and speak and think only good positive things. It takes work, but we will get better the more we practice. When you decide to see your own beauty, you will be more attractive, and your body will be more obedient to you.
A relaxed body will cleanse out fungus, parasites, nasty bacteria and other sticky residues. Also, a relaxed body will eliminate food waste, fat, and toxins more regularly.
Sexual Trauma: Some people have trauma arising from experiencing sexual abuse, neglect, or rejection earlier in their life. If they haven’t fully resolved the issue, the subconscious refuses to let you grow up fully from that age. Tragically, that person stores anger, fear, shame, worthlessness, humiliation, and other negative emotions in their body all life long. These negative emotions affect their whole life from relationships with family to work and health. In one way or another, they perceive abuse happening to them all around over and over. Someone hurts their feelings, or a friend lets them down, or they get offended easily by well-meaning people around them. Their physical body will develop issues, too. Pancreas, liver, gallbladder, heart, weight, and leg problems are just a few common physical health issues.
One way to help people overcome and heal from these issues is Childhood Regression Technique. This technique is simple and profound. However, it takes a bit of work on the part of the person healing. She or he needs to open up and be honest with herself/himself. This is where Cinnamon comes in handy. Cinnamon can help this person open up. When the person is ready, they can go through these three steps.
There are three steps.
- Acknowledge: Go back to that age and acknowledge the spectrum of feelings, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs at the time. Basically, hear yourself out. This may be an emotional moment for you as you relive these things one last time!
- Address: When you have acknowledged all that ‘inner child’ needed to share, you will start addressing the problem. What did that child need? A hug? Or whatever.
- Appreciate: This step is about seeing the good things that came from that situation. There is always something that can be gained. There is always a silver-lining to every cloud. See the situation as a faith-builder and feel gratitude and hope. You will know when you’ve resolved it fully when you think of that situation with gratitude or appreciation. As we connect to the divine power source, we can heal from anything. If you still entertain the other negative emotions about that issue, then go back to step one and DECIDE to allow divine powers in and heal you for good. Surrender.
SPIRIT
We are designed to be happy beings. Healing at the spiritual level will help us have healthier emotions and a healthier body.
Cinnamon invites you to be honest, vulnerable and REAL! When you are real, you will see that you are just like everyone else. In this state, you will be able to connect with others and the divine power source better. When we are connected with our divine power source, we will be open to divine inspiration, and will develop our intuition more abundantly.
Cinnamon helps you know that even the ‘bitter’ things in life are for your own good. Once you become accustomed to look for the SILVER LINING in everything, you will have happiness and peace.
Biblical Use of Cinnamon
Here are some scriptures for the use of Cinnamon.

Revelation 18:13
And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
