In the world of essential oil, Coriander isn’t Cilantro! Many people use it interchangeably because it is the same plant. Coriander oil is distilled from the coriander seed. I use Juniper Berry oil nearly everyday. I keep it on my bedside. As humans, we naturally tend to worry and fear. Think of all the many great things to worry about in this world! LOL. We don’t want to fear because it is not FAITH. We can’t have fear and faith at the same time. It will cancel out and you’ll be stuck in frustration. Life doesn’t have to be this difficult, it can be a little bit easier when we learn to use the right tools to overcome our fears. Juniper Berry is the Oil of the Night!
