Serenity restful blend will help you calm your overactive mind and wind down. Serenity is a blend of Lavender Flower, Cedarwood, Ho Wood Leaf, Ylang Ylang Flower, Marjoram Leaf, Roman Chamomile Flower, Vetiver Root, Vanilla Bean Absolute, Hawaiian Sandalwood Wood.
This is my #1 most favorite oil. It immediately helps me come back to the present. If you are a box checker or a list maker, then you need Balance oil.

Deep Blue or Ice Blue is dōTERRA’s Soothing Blend. It is a must-have staple product in every home. Deep Blue Soothing Blend is a blend of Wintergreen, White Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus essential oils.
In the course of a day, our family uses On Guard many many times. In the morning, we brush our teeth with the On Guard Natural Whitening toothpaste. We wash our hands with the On Guard Foaming Hand wash throughout the day. Usually we rub our feet with the immunity blend which includes On Guard oil on before we leave the house. When I travel I have the On Guard throat drops and/or beadlets with me. I also carry the On Guard hand sanitizing mist too. Regularly we diffuse On Guard in our diffuser to clean the air. We wash our clothes with the On Guard laundry detergent. Our all purpose spray is the On Guard Cleaning concentrate. On the weekend, the bathroom and floors are all cleaned with On Guard cleaners. So as you can see, we are all On Guarded up!

I loved Citrus Bliss the very first time I smelled it. It lets our creative energy flow!! Like most people, I was holding myself back from expressing myself freely. As you know dōTERRA sells two types of Sandalwood. They are both CPTG standard of course and have a high level of therapeutic benefits. There are other fantastic organic grades out there on the market too, but true to dōTERRA style, they only buy the best. Above is an example of comparison of sandalwood oils. I was taught that Santalol is a sesquiterpene. Some sandalwoods produce essential oils with only 20% of sesquiterpenes. dōTERRA’s Sandawood tops the chart at 80-90% Santalol.
Cheer is a blend of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Star Anise Fruit/Seed, Lemon Myrtle Leaf, Nutmeg Kernel, Vanilla Bean Extract, Ginger Rhizome, Cinnamon Bark, and Zdravetz Herb.

Spearmint is a pretty new addition to the dōTERRA collection. Although it is a mint like Peppermint, there are some differences. Peppermint has <25% Ketones. Spearmint has <70% Ketones. Ketones stimulate cell regeneration, promote the formation of tissue, and liquefy mucous. Ketones help with respiratory issues.

Blue Tansy oil is ink blue in color. It is a yellow flowering plant grown in Morocco. It is also referred to as Moroccan Chamomile. The Chamazulene, a chemical in Blue Tansy, causes it to turn an indigo color during the distillation process. Chamazulene is great for healthy inflammatory response in the body. When you put it on, it may seem like it will stain you blue but it doesn’t. After an hour or so, it will disappear.
