Elevation is a blend of Lavandin Flower, Tangerine Peel, Lavender Flower/Leaf, Amyris Bark, Clary Sage Flower/Leaf, Hawaiian Sandalwood Wood, Ylang Ylang Flower, Ho Wood Leaf, Osmanthus Flower, Lemon Myrtle Leaf, and Melissa Flower/Leaf essential oils.  These oils helps clear the mind, calm the heart and gives courage to the soul.

In the course of a day, our family uses On Guard many many times.  In the morning, we brush our teeth with the On Guard Natural Whitening toothpaste.  We wash our hands with the On Guard Foaming Hand wash throughout the day.  Usually we rub our feet with the immunity blend which includes On Guard oil on before we leave the house.  When I travel I have the On Guard throat drops and/or beadlets with me.  I also carry the On Guard hand sanitizing mist too.  Regularly we diffuse On Guard in our diffuser to clean the air.  We wash our clothes with the On Guard laundry detergent.  Our all purpose spray is the On Guard Cleaning concentrate.  On the weekend, the bathroom and floors are all cleaned with On Guard cleaners.  So as you can see, we are all On Guarded up!

dōTERRA Breathe is a remarkable blend of essential oils!  It is one of those oils I make sure I have with me often.
