Buddha Wood is the oil of Focusing on the Fundamentals.  This oil is fantastic for those who tend to have too many thoughts going round and round in their head.  This is a grounding and balancing oil for those who need help remaining focused on what matters most.

Buddha Wood lives in the desert and is uniquely Australian.  It is an oil used traditionally by the Australian aborigines in religious ceremonies, for healing, and everyday uses.  It is a very hardy easy-to-grow tree.  It has a powerful ability to tolerate droughts, fires, frost, and grazing.  No matter what is happening, Buddha Wood can show us how to be resilient, resourceful, adaptive and stay focused on the important fundamentals.

Buddha Wood assist you in correcting your view by helping you focus on truth.  It helps you focus on having the right pure intentions.  When your intentions are pure, your speech is kind and carries the correct positive spirit forward to the receiver.

Actions: Diffuse: Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice. Topical use: Dilute with a carrier oil and apply 1-2 drops to desired area of the skin.  Add to daily moisture.

Possible Substitutions: If you don’t have this oil, here are some other oils with similar qualities you can try: Sandalwood, Frankincense, and Cedarwood.  The Kids Calmer Restful blend contains Buddha Wood essential oil.  The main constituents of this oil are eremophilone and 8-hydroxy-eremophilone.  As far as we can tell, this constituent is not available in any of the current oils.
