Align is the yoga blend of Alignment and Centering.  When life gets confusing, chaotic, discouraging and frustrating, Align refocuses individuals’ attention back to being heart-centered and aligned to God again.  We will always be happy and fulfilled when we allow our heart to led and the gut to confirm and verify.  Understanding will come incrementally after we act and continue to act on our heart’s promptings.

Align helps us by calming unsettling feelings, so we can be still enough to realign and reconnect to our true divine path and purpose again.  Once realigned, we can see our path clearly, so we can easily eliminate all distractions that disrupted the peace and tranquility of the heart.

Align reminds us all to keep being mindful, proactively loving, and connecting with God and people as we continue to fulfill the measure of our creation.

Possible Physical Manifestations: yoga, hyperactivity, addictions, hormone balancing, neuropathy, scattered and overwhelmed, single minded, tranquil and focused, accepted and worthy, meditation and prayer, and pathetic and low energy.

• I am honoring my heart’s needs and promptings.

• I honor and accept my heart’s directives.
• I allow my mind, body, and spirit to be aligned to God and my life’s purpose.

Actions: Diffuse during yoga or meditation.  Apply on the back of neck, heart, along the spine and the bottom of your feet.  Inhale from cupped hands.
